So it has been such a long time since my last post. I have been super busy. This post will be short so sorry in advance.
Anyway, the last recipe that I tried was Basil Pesto Grilled Cheese. It was pretty easy. All you do is put a little basil pesto on one slice of bread and then mozzarella cheese on the other slice. You can also sprinkle the outside of the slices of bread with grated Parmesan. Then you just make it like you would a normal grilled cheese.
It was pretty tasty. The only bad part is that I had to make my own pesto and I had to buy the basil, which was pretty expensive. I guess if you grow your own basil it wouldn't be as bad.
