Baked Zucchini Chips


Zucchini is something that we eat in my house a lot. We all like it, all except my sister. So I got a recipe for zucchini chips off of pinterest. I decided to try it when I found extra zucchini in the fridge.

The recipe uses the following ingredients
1 zucchini, sliced at an angle
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp. plain bread crumbs
2 generous tbsp grated cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
A sprinkling of crushed red pepper


Put the milk in one bowl and all the other ingredients in a separate bowl. Dip the zucchini first in the milk and then into the dry ingredients. Put them on a greased rack on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.

So there are your zucchini chips. I honestly did not like them, but I think that it is just because I put too much bread crumbs on the zucchini. So try it out and let me know if it is just me who this recipe didn't work out for. Have fun!
